1. Introduction

At Tlexironvivtorex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must also send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date and signature (if sent on paper)."

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be liable for any diminished value.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or had their seal broken
  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive regarding sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided

4.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us when you withdraw (unless we agree otherwise). If the goods are faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Inspection

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions for return. We will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

5.2 Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

5.3 Refund Timeline

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

6.2 Resolution

For damaged or defective products, we will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund including return shipping costs

7. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Cancellations

9.1 Before Shipping

9.2 After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item using our standard return process after receiving it.

10. Voluntary 30-Day Returns (In Addition to Your Statutory Rights)

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we may accept voluntary returns for unopened and sealed products up to 30 days after delivery. This voluntary policy does not limit your legal rights.

Where we accept a voluntary return outside the statutory withdrawal period, refunds are subject to inspection of the returned goods and may be adjusted for any diminished value where applicable.

11. Your Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under warranty laws in addition to your right of withdrawal.
